2. Cancellation Policy

 

2.1 Cancellation by Client

  • Service Agreement: Once a service agreement or project is signed and accepted by the client, a binding contract is formed between the client and Binary Bard Solutions.
  • Cancellation Timeline: The client may cancel the project within 24 hours of signing the agreement without incurring any fees, provided that work on the project has not commenced.
  • After 24 Hours: If the client cancels the project after 24 hours of signing the agreement and work has begun, Binary Bard Solutions reserves the right to charge for the work already completed. This charge will be proportional to the work completed up to the point of cancellation.
  • How to Cancel: To request a cancellation, the client must send a written cancellation request to contact@binarybardsolutions.com or admin@binarybardsolutions.com with details of the project and the reason for the cancellation.

2.2 Cancellation by Binary Bard Solutions

  • Project Viability: Binary Bard Solutions reserves the right to cancel any project if it deems the project non-viable, illegal, or in breach of our terms and conditions. If such a cancellation occurs, the client will be notified, and any payment received for work not yet commenced will be refunded.
  • Non-Cooperation: Binary Bard Solutions may cancel a project if the client fails to provide required materials, information, or feedback in a timely manner, causing significant delays to the project. In this case, the client will be charged for the work completed up to the point of cancellation.

3. Refund Policy

 

3.1 Eligibility for Refund

  • Before Work Commences: If the client cancels the service agreement before work commences, a full refund will be issued for any payments made.
  • Partial Refunds: If work has commenced but is not completed, a partial refund may be issued. The amount of the refund will be determined based on the work completed at the time of cancellation.
  • Completed Work: No refunds will be issued for completed work that has been delivered to and approved by the client.

3.2 Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC campaigns, or social media marketing, where the work has already commenced and ad spend has been used.
  • Consultancy services once the consultation has been delivered.
  • Any third-party services or software costs incurred on behalf of the client, including domain registration, hosting, and plugin purchases.

4. Refund Process

  • Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, the client must submit a formal refund request via email to contact@binarybardsolutions.com or admin@binarybardsolutions.com within 7 days of cancellation.
  • Review Process: The refund request will be reviewed by the Binary Bard Solutions team. During the review process, we may request further information or clarification from the client.
  • Refund Issuance: If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the client via the original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval.

5. No Refund Situations

Binary Bard Solutions will not issue a refund under the following circumstances:

  • Change of Mind: If the client decides to stop using the service after the work has been completed and delivered.
  • Client Delays: If delays in project completion are caused by the client, including failure to provide required content, approvals, or feedback.
  • Scope Changes: If the client changes the project scope or requests additional work not outlined in the original service agreement.
  • Performance Issues: No refunds will be issued for performance-based services such as digital marketing, SEO, or PPC campaigns, as these services are subject to various external factors beyond Binary Bard Solutions’ control.

6. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises regarding a cancellation or refund request, Binary Bard Solutions will make every effort to resolve the issue amicably. If the dispute cannot be resolved, the matter will be escalated for mediation, and if necessary, legal action may be pursued in accordance with the laws of India.

7. Changes to the Policy

Binary Bard Solutions reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes through our website or via email. The updated policy will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
